This is a Draft Statement of User Operational Requirements for a Radio Relay and Communications System to support Emergency and Public Communications Support Services of the Loudoun Amateur Radio Group. It was initiated when the LARG was considering obtaining its own VHF-UHF repeater system. |
On September 11 and 12, 2001, many LARG members installed and operated ARES Stations at the Dulles International Airport Family Assistance Center and the Headquarters of the Loudoun Chapter of the American Red Cross. |
