The executable should work with any version of Windows (not DOS)
Create a folder for the contents of the zip file like: C:\vqp
Unpack the contents of the zip file into C:\vqp
Put your log file(s) into C:\vqp
The log file name(s) must have an extension of .cbr
Open a command window
Cd to c:\vqp
Execute vqp.exe
Several info files are generated: vqp.rpt, vqp.log, vqp.qth, vqp.csv
